1. Are you grateful for your blog?
I am grateful for my blog. It has taught me so much about writing and marketing. I met many very kind people who have taught me a lot about myself and life.
2. How do you express your gratitude?
I express it by promoting mental health. There is this stigma that asking for help is wrong or that how someone feels is okay. Many people think that mental health doesn’t have anything to do with your overall health.
Every day I write blog posts to help people better understand their mental health, to help them feel less alone in their struggles and to know that it is okay to ask for help.
3.Has blogging added value to your life?
It has. It has taught me so many new things about mental health that I never knew existed from other bloggers. Doing this has taught me a lot about my mental health too. This is because it has taught me to take a second to think and keep an open mind.
It has also helped me connect with other bloggers who share the same goals as me. I like to think of them as blogger friends who support each other.
Blogging has given me a platform to share my interests, share my writing and keep busy in my free time. I am not the best person when I have too much free time to think. Blogging gives me something positive to do that benefits me.
